If the tablet is damaged, destroyed, or in need of repair, the facility staff will make the appropriate determination and provide the user with a new or repaired tablet. The facility may or may not approve a repair or replacement, notably if the damage was intentional. The subscription will automatically be cancelled if the repair or replacement was denied.
