        <p>Incarcerated individuals cannot text you unless you have them as contacts in your account. To block an incarcerated individual that you’ve added as a contact, launch Text Connect through the app or website.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>On the mobile app:&nbsp;</strong>From the Text Connect home screen, select the contact you wish to block. Click Ø to the right of the name to block future texts. You can unblock that person anytime by clicking it again.</li>

<li><strong>On the web:</strong>&nbsp;From the Text Connect page, go to the Contacts menu. Check the box under the “Block” column to block this contact. You can unblock that person by unchecking the box.</li>
