HOW TO SIGN UP

1. Go to www.visitfromhome.net/maricopa and click on “Sign Up” or “Enroll Now” at the top right corner of the page.
2. Select that you are a new user to Securus.
3. Complete the required information such as your name, telephone number, and email address.
4. Select Arizona as the state and Maricopa County as the facility. Please make sure to correctly choose which facility your incarcerated individual is housed (4th Ave, LBJ, Estrella, Durango, Tent or Towers).
5. Select Securus Video Connect^® as the applicable service you wish to use.
6. Follow the instructions to ensure your computer is compatible for remote Video Connect^®.
7. Using a webcam attached to your computer, you will be required to take a photo of an official government issued photo ID (example: driver’s license) and a picture of yourself.
8. Once your enrollment is complete and you are logged in to your account, click on the “Schedule a Visit” link.
9. If this is your first time visiting with an incarcerated individual at the correctional facility, the system will walk you through submitting your account profile to the jail for approval before being able to schedule a visit.
10. Once approved by Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, log in to your Securus account and schedule an Anywhere or Onsite visit.
