Important Update About Phone Calls

Effective December 1, 2025, a funded AdvanceConnect account is required to pay for phone calls.

What You Need to Do
To keep paying for phone calls, set up and fund an AdvanceConnect prepaid account now. Sign in at securustech.net or use the Securus Mobile app. Need help? Call our 24/7 Customer Care at 972-734-1111

Free Monthly Call
To help during this change, we’re giving every phone number that an incarcerated individual calls – that is not associated with a funded AdvanceConnect account – one free 60-second call each month. This starts right away.

When you are ready to make a deposit or use communication services you’ll be directed to SecurusTechnologies.com to create an account and login to use services.

You can also download the free Securus app for Android or Applle.

There are many ways to connect with an inmate in Texas

eMessaging allows family and friends to communicate with an incarcerated loved one using email like messaging.

With Securus eMessaging® you can

  • Attach up to 5 photos
  • Share up to 5 eCards
  • Send just a photo with our Snap n’ Send®, (App only)

With eMessaging they can

  • Reply to your message if you attach a return stamp
  • Receive transferred stamps you share at no cost to them
  • Purchase their own stamps from their Securus Debit account
