What is the dress code?

Attire is business casual.  Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses and most importantly, comfortable shoes.  We do recommend that you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.

How do I get my flight to Dallas?

The Securus team will make your fights for you. When you register for the conference, you will be asked information about your preferred departure airport and airline, seat, arrival and departure dates, etc. We will do our best to meet your requests. We will send the information to you with your conference registration information.

What if I have status with an airline?

When you receive your Conference Registration Email with your flight information, you will be able to go in and add personal information.

How can I register for Securus Summit?

There are two ways to register for Securus Summit.  You can register online and onsite in Dallas.  Here’s how:

  • Online – The Securus Summit 2018 website provides internet registration 24/7.
  • Onsite – Registration counters will be available onsite.

Can I register for a one day conference pass?

Yes, just let us know that you will only attend one day.

How will I know if I am registered?

All attendees will receive a confirmation by email.  This confirmation is your receipt and verifies your address, contact information, the events and sessions for which you have signed up, hotel confirmation and flight information. What do I have to pay for?

Securus Technologies will pay for Flights to and from Dallas, Transportation, Opening and Closing Night Celebrations, Education Sessions, and Meals.  You are responsible for housing only. Hotel Cancellation Policy

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registration is permitted prior to Friday, March 23, 2018. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution (airfare changes, transportation, hotel, etc.) as well as updating any contact/demographic information. How will I receive my badge?

When you arrive at Securus Summit and check-in at the registration counter, you will receive your badge.  Please note that a photo ID will be required to pick up badges/materials.  Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee’s badges/materials.  Badges or other official Securus Summit identification must be worn to all official Securus Summit events.

What if I lose my badge?

If you lose your badge at the conference, you will need to purchase a replacement badge from the registration desk.  The cost of a replacement badge is $25 USD.
